How we use your information
- To respond to medicine availability enquiries and corporate quotation requests.
- To contact you by your preferred method: telephone, WhatsApp or email.
- To maintain internal records of enquiries and how they were handled.
- To meet professional, regulatory and record-keeping obligations.
We do not sell your personal information.
Prescriptions and attachments
Files you upload are stored in private storage and are accessible only to authorised Medcorp administrators through time-limited secure links. Prescription documents and private file links are never included in WhatsApp messages.
WhatsApp enquiries
When you choose to continue an enquiry on WhatsApp, we prepare a short summary message which you review and send yourself. Messages sent through WhatsApp are subject to WhatsApp's own privacy terms. We do not send automated WhatsApp messages to you.
Retention
Enquiry records and attachments are retained only for as long as necessary for the purposes above or as required by applicable law, and are then deleted.
