Enquiries and availability

Submitting an enquiry does not create a contract of sale and is not a confirmation that a product is in stock. Availability, lead times and pricing are confirmed in writing by our team on a case-by-case basis and are subject to supplier stock and applicable regulations.

Quotations

Quotations are valid for the period stated on the quotation. Orders are accepted at our discretion and are subject to confirmation of stock and payment terms.

Prescription medicines

Prescription-only medicines are supplied against a valid prescription in line with Zambian law and professional standards. We do not sell prescription or controlled medicines through this website.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Zambia.
